Simworx Sponsored Drivers make their mark at Bathurst 1000
It was an unforgettable weekend for both Nick Percat and Cameron Waters at this year's Bathurst 1000. Nick became the youngest ever driver to win the event as co-driver to Garth Tander, who endured a nail biting finish, holding off a hard charging Craig Lowndes. Cam, who won the inaugural "Shannons Supercar Showdown", acquitted himself very well considering the conditions he was facing and the fact that he had never been to the daunting Mount Panorama circuit prior to Thursday's wet practice session. At 17yo, he is the youngest ever starter at the famous event. Cameron as well as driving the Kelly Racing V8 Supercar is leading the Formula Ford Championship and is looking to have it sewn up by the next round. We wish both drivers all the best for their burgeoning careers. Also joining Nick and Cam at Bathurst on that monster weekend was Fujitsu V8 Racer, 5 time Commodore Cup Champion, good friend and all round nice guy, Geoff Emery.

SIMWORX Formula One Cars chosen for the GREAT Britain campaign launch in Melbourne
We are proud to have been chosen to head up the GREAT Britain promotional campaign in Australia ahead of the Olympic Games this year. The campaign launch at Crown Melbourne had F1 notables Sir Jackie Stewart, Damon Hill, Martin Whitmarsh from McLaren and other F1 team personnel in amongst a host of celebrities and politicians from the UK and Australia. The global campaign showcases all that is good about GREAT Britain, including of course the technologies that eminate from their massive Formula One infrastructure. The UK is the silicone valley of Formula One and their campaign launch in Melbourne co-incided with the Australian Grand Prix which gave the organisers an opportunity to use F1 as the main theme.

All of the thrills and excitement of Formula One can be found in our F1 simulator cars. For premium contemporary display or simulation, our cars have that indefinable "physical presence". Our latest contemporary models can be purchased or hired for corporate promotional events. They can be supplied as show or simulator cars in all team colours. The Simulator Car is supplied complete with computer, software and three 50" plasma panels. We also have a Formula One Pit Stop Challenge Car with all related equipment for that special "once in a lifetime" team building event.
FEATURE PRODUCT: AUSTRALIAN DRIVER TRAINING SIMULATORS
These days a lot of attention is given to road safety and the issues related to young drivers being over-represented in accidents. When you think about it, it's mainly good luck rather than good management that half of us ever get through our teenage driving experiences. With that in mind, we have developed a professional driver training simulator primarily aimed at teaching young drivers basic and advanced driving skills before they even get in a car. Our Driver Training Simulators are specifically designed to be used by Driving Schools, Secondary Schools and Road Safety related individuals and corporations in Australia wanting to expose and train teenagers in a state of the art simulation environment.
